These terms and conditions apply to any gift certificate provided by Formulate Support as part of a temporary marketing promotion or giveaway.
Redemption:
- To redeem a gift certificate, the recipient must contact Formulate Support to schedule a time for the service.
- Bookings are subject to availability.
- The recipient will be required to sign Formulate’s Service Agreement before work can commence, and all work undertaken by Formulate will be subject to that agreement.
Service Details:
- A gift certificate is valid for the services and hours stated on the certificate itself.
- Gift certificates providing a gift of ‘hours’ must be redeemed in a single session and cannot be split into multiple sessions. Any unused time will be forfeited.
- Additional work performed in excess of the stated hourly-rate on the gift certificate will be charged at an hourly rate of $55 per hour.
Validity & Expiry:
- Gift certificates are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue.
- The date of issue must be clearly visible on the certificate at the time of redemption.
- Gift certificates cannot be extended beyond the expiry date.
Limitations:
- Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Gift certificates are for services only and cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates.
- Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced. Treat this certificate as cash.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for services already purchased.
